Come and meet Outdoor Lads
EVENTS: QUEEN & COUNTRY AND OUT DOOR LADS
Q&C readers in London and surrounding areas who are keen to connect with new people and enjoy social pursuits and activities in the great British countryside are being invited to an Outdoor Lads event in Soho next month.
If you’ve made a new year’s resolution to get out of the city more and connect with gay, bisexual or trans guys in the UK, the Outdoor Lads organisation has a perfect opportunity for you.
They will be running a ‘Come and Meet Outdoor Lads’ afternoon at the Comptons pub in Old Compton Street, Soho on the afternoon of 16th February between 1-5pm.
Anyone attending will be able to talk to members, event leaders or ask any questions they may have about Outdoor Lads and the 1,500 outdoor pursuits events that are on offer every year for GBT men in the UK. There is no need to be a member, you can just drop in at any time and stay for as long as you like.

Outdoor Lads core aim is to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of gay, bisexual and trans men through outdoor pursuits in the UK and worldwide. The activities range from walking, climbing, camping, biking, canoeing, scrambling, running, sailing as well as purely social events.
One weekend you could be cycling through Marble Arch and the next hiking Everest! Take that first step and try Outdoor Lads with the aid of its supportive members and leaders. This is a great chance for anyone who is interested in learning more about Outdoor Lads to talk to members, event leaders or just ask lots of questions about what they do. There will be an opportunity to join Outdoor Lads or book onto one of the upcoming events. If this wasn’t enticing enough a meet-up social will also be held later that evening.
Outdoor Lads is known to have a significant impact on the lives of its members. One member extolled the benefits of joining up, saying: “I'm in the best shape of my life. From almost a year ago calling helplines, to now looking forward to the future, ODLs influence can't be stressed enough.”
Join today and find out why becoming a member of OutdoorLads is the best decision you can make in 2019.
